Effects of exogenous no on regeneration and physiological and biochemical of blueberry | 外源NO对蓝莓再生及生理生化效应的研究

Китайский. 本文以“美登”(Blomidon)、“北蓝”(Northblue)、“蓝丰”(Bluecrop)三个蓝莓品种继代培养45d的瓶苗为试材,采用植物组织培养技术,研究了一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普纳(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)对三个蓝莓品种不定芽的平均分化倍数、苗木质量、生根率、根系质量及在不同浓度条件下其生理生化效应。结果表明,在20μmol•L. 1 SNP浓度条件下,这三个蓝莓品种不定芽的平均分化倍数、平均株高、茎鲜重及茎干重与对照相比均达到显著水平;其不定芽的生根率、根长、根鲜重及根干重与对照相比达到显著水平;添加NO消除剂(cP.1rIO)能进一步的验证20μmol•L. 1 SNP对蓝莓不定芽的分化及生根的作用;20μmol•L. 1的SNP能有效地提高‘美登’、‘北蓝’及‘蓝丰’分化苗叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量及过氧化物酶的活性。
Показать больше [+] Меньше [-]Английский. Plantlets of 40 days’ subculture from three blueberry cultivars ‘Blomidon’, ‘Northblue’ and ‘ Bluecrop’ were used for materials in the study. We investigated the effects of nitric oxide (NO) donor sodium nitroprusside(SNP)on the adventitious buds’ differentiation, the quality of plantlets, rooting rate, it quality of root and physiological changes for the three blueberry cuhivars. The results showed that differentiation multiples of adventitious buds, the average plant height, stem fresh weight and dry weight were reached significant level compared to the control at 20μmol•L. 1 SNP. Besides, the rooting rate, average root length, root fresh weight and dry weight were also reached significant level compared to the control. The effects of 20 μmol•L. 1 SNP on the differentiation and rooting were effectively verified by the addition of NO elimination agent (PTIO). The contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein, peroxidase activity were effectively increased in the differentiating planflets of the three blueberry cultivars.
