The grain and forage yield comparison of different Foxtial millet (Setaria italica) varieties under Sistan environmental condition were evaluated in a Randomize Complet Block design with 3 replication in two year (2007- 2009). Combined analysis of variance revealed that effect of year was significant on plant height, tiller number, leaf number, stem diameter, panicul length, wet and dry forage weight, 1000seed weight, grain yield per hectar. The variety was effected on plant height, tiller number, leaf number, stem diameter, panicul length, wet and dry forage weight, 1000seed weight, grain yield per hectar.Totally the best grain yield obtained from number varietys or lines 2,5,8,14,20 with average grain yield 2248/6, 2018, 2030/3, 2124/6, 2165/5 kg/hec .
