The Efficacy of Rodenticides Bonirat in rodent Control.

The efficacy of rodenticides Bonirat(Difenacoum ingredient) in wax block bait shape and Pasta bait shap in alfalfa in Chandab region in Tehran Province , Sojas region in Zanjan province and Sabz dasht region in Yazd province were investigated. The project was done in randomized complete block design in four treatment and three replications. The rodenticides efficacies were evaluated by counting active holes seven days after treatment. Seven days after treatment rodenticides efficacy were found to reach average efficacy of 90 %Bonirat Wax block, 94%Bonirat pasta, 93% Bromodialone(Control Rodenticide) 46/3% control in Chandab in Tehran province. Seven days after treatment rodenticides efficacies were found to reach average efficacy of 97% Bonirat wax block, 86% Bonirat pasta 95% Bromodialone (Control Rodenticide), 43% Control in Sojas region in Zanjan Province. Seven days after treatment rodenticides efficacy were found to reach average efficacy of 94 %Bonirat Wax block, 96%Bonirat pasta, 96% Bromodialone(Control Rodenticide) 52% control in Sabz dast region in Yazd province. These findings indicates potent efficacy of rodenticides Bonirat (Difenacoum) as a second generation anticoagulants rodenticide. Tow bait forms Bonirat (Wax block and Pasta) in control program for rodent pest species Nesokia indica, .Microtus socilais and Rattus rattus will be significantly effective.
