Grapevine Powdery mildew caused by Erysiphe necator (Schw.) Burr. is an important diseases of grape in Iran. To control the disease, spraying fungicides is necessary. In order to introduce new effective fungicides, experiments were conducted in Khorassan Razavi, Ardabil and Kohgloeeih provinces. Treatments were carried out in a completely randomized block design. Treatments were composed of penconazol 125 mgL-1, Sulphure Sc 80%, 2000, 2500 3000 mgL-1 and control with four replications during 2012 growing season. Treatment efficacy was evaluated based on infection severity found in leaves and fruits. SAS ver. 9.1 was used to analysis collected data. Combined analysis variance showed that applying sulfur 80% Sc could make significant control of disease. Mean comparison showed three classes of disease control on the basis of LSD test over provinces study. Maximum control infection of leaves werer occurred with applying Sulphure Sc 80%, 2500, 3000 and 125 mgL-1, Sulphure 2000 mgL-1 ranked second while check plot ranked minimum level of disease control. Also, Maximum control infection of fruits werer occurred with applying Sulphure Sc 80%, 2500 and 3000 mgL-1, Sulphure 2000 and 125 mgL-1 ranked second while check plot ranked minimum level of disease control
