Kowsar station is placed in 50 Km south-east of Fasa city in Grabygan plain. The area of floodwater spreading in this station has reached about 2000 hectare and the main geological formation of Grabaygon plian is Aghagarh formation which is cased flood with minimum amount of rainfall(more than 5mm/hr) and facilitates the condition for floodwater spreading. One of the floodwater spreading difficulties is its maintenance and repairment, so the research project of monitoring and investigation of intake and water spreading structures can evaluate the different aspects of design and operation of floodwater spreading. This research project has been done in first and third Bishezard networks. Both networks have irrigator channel, irrigator-spreading channel and recharge channel. In this research by every flood, the hydraulic information of flow from intake system to recharge channel in the end of network is measured. These parameters contains the height of water on diversion dam, the height of water on intake system and the condition of flow in irrigator and irrigator-spreading channels. The results of this research show that: Using arch angle and watering from outer side of river arch, increase the watering efficiency of flood water spreading networks It is necessary to use side emergency spillway for controlling the enterance flood in flood water spreading networks. By gathering the sediment in the arch of irrigator channel and irrigator-spreading channel cases the condition for closing the path, especially if the angle is smaller than 90 degree. For solving this problem, it is suggested to use spreading channel instead of irrigatorspreading channel to shift the seasonal flood into the first embankment and then transfer it to lower spreading channel. Demolition of embankment by animals like mouse, rabbit and fox, in arid and semi arid regions is the another problem of flood water spreading networks, because the hot and dry weather of these regions lead the animals to make their den in brcause of its humidity and cool condition. By the first , flood enters their den and the embankment will be destroied.
