n order to determine the most suitable pruning severity (number of bud) and diameter cane for important quality and quantity charectristics of grape keshmeshi cultivar in Meshkin shahr regions. This experiment achived by factorial3x3 with 4 replication and for 3 years based on RCBD.Every year characteristics: yield, size and weight of cJuster, berry size,TSS, acidity and dry matter for each treatmeant separetly were measure and evaluated annually. Results showed that pruning of 10 bud had the highest yield and pruning of 3 bud had the lowest yield. In the years 2001 and 2002 pruning of 6 bud and pruning of 10 buds had the highest yield. Cane of diameters 12 and 8 mm had highest yield commonly than cane of5mm had diameter. Results showed that reciprocal effect pruning of! 0 budand calle diameter 12 mm had highest yield and pruning of3 budand cane diameter 12 mm had lowest yield. Pruning of6bud had the biggest clusters. Reciprocal effect pruning of 10 budand cane diameter] 2mm had the biggest and pruning of 3 budand cane diameter 5 mm and pruning of IObudand cane diameter 5 mm had the smallest cluster respectively. In the year 200] kesmeshi cultivar grape had the weightest and the years 2002, 2004 had the lightest claster. Results showed that only year effect on amount TSS and acidity of kesmeshi cultivar was significanted this cultivar in the year 2001 had the highest TSS and lowest acidity
