Use o various agricultural products in new producing sectors in addition to I intensiying agricultural importance indicates high potential o this section to continue its relation ship with other producing sectors ot~e country. hulless barley as a poultry nutritional eed has been a subject o research in several international centers and national programs. In order to evaluate the yield o huIles barley lines This study was conducted at agricultural research station o Gonbad . The studied genotypes in this experiment were selected based on the results o preliminary study conducted in 2001-2002 at Gonbad station. the study was corried in a randomized completeblook Desigin with three replication!the experiment consisted o 20 cultigens.ohuHes barly the check wes conventional qarly L.BJRAN .Analysis and variance or yield were don and the comparison othe treatments were don using L.S.D. Each plot consisted o 6 six-meter long rows 20 centimet~r apart. plant density was I 270 seeds per square meter .Six ive-meter long rows were Harvested at harvest. I During the growth period, the date o emergence, heading and maturity and lodging percentage, plant height, disease intensity were noted. This experiment seven lines with higher yield componed to the check and with suitable agronomical characters and disese esistance wete selected or Advanced trials.
