Английский. The farm scale trials were carried out in 2010-2012 under conditions of production nursery of agricultural cooperative "Gardens of Siberia", Novosibirsk region. The objects of the study were blackcurrant plants cv. Ksyusha and Lama, rooted woody cuttings; bacterial strains from the collection of RPC "Research Center" B. subtilis VKPM V-10641, B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10642, B. licheniformis VKPM V-10562 and also experimental bacterial preparation Fitop 8.67 on the basis of the mixture of strains B. subtilis VKPM V-10641, B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10642, B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10643. Soil surface near planted cuttings was sprayed by working fluid with bacterial strains at a concentration 10E5 CFU/ml, followed by wetting the soil with water to a depth of 10…15 cm. Under the influence of strains B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10642, and B. subtilis VKPM V-10641, the length of shoot annual growth as compared with the control was increased by 22.9…38.7%. The treatment by these two strains or mixture preparation Fitop 8.67 ensured the increase in the length of root system by 42.5…53.8%. On the treatment of strain B. subtilis VKPM V-10641 or Fitop 8.67 the increase in biomass of a plant was 13…17 g (37.8…48.7%) over control. The yield of standard seedlings suitable for realization at the end of the first growing season, under the influence of treatments with bacterial strains B. amyloliquefaciens VKPM V-10642, B. subtilis VKPM V-10641 and B. licheniformis VKPM V-10562 was increased by 44.6…58.5%. The treatment of blackcurrant plants rooting from woody cuttings with bacterial strains of Bacillus genus stimulates the root growth, the formation of the above-ground portion of seedlings, improves the plant quality and reduces the time needed to obtain standard planting material.

Объекты исследования – укореняемые из одревесневших черенков растения черной смородины сортов Ксюша и Лама; штаммы бактерий из коллекции культур НПФ "Исследовательский центр" (B. subtilis ВПКМ В-10641, B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10642, B. licheniformis ВКПМ В-10562), а также экспериментальный бактериальный препарат Фитоп 8.67 на основе смеси штаммов B. subtilis ВПКМ В-10641, B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10642, B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10643. Поверхность почвы рядом с высаженными черенками опрыскивали рабочей жидкостью, содержащей бактериальные штаммы в концентрации 10E5 КОЕ/мл, с последующим промачиванием её поливной водой на глубину слоя 10…15 см. Под влиянием штаммов B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10642 и B. subtilis ВКПМ В-10641 длина однолетнего прироста побегов относительно контроля увеличивалась на 22,9…38,7%. Обработка штаммами B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10642, B. subtilis ВКПМ В-10641 или смесевым препаратом Фитоп 8.67 обеспечивала рост длины корневой системы на 42,5…53,8%; при использовании штамма B. subtilis ВКПМ В-10641 или препарата Фитоп 8.67 биомасса одного растения увеличивалась, относительно контроля, на 13…17 г, что соответствует 37,8…48,7%. Выход стандартных саженцев, пригодных к реализации в конце первого сезона вегетации, под влиянием обработок бактериальными штаммами B. amyloliquefaciens ВКПМ В-10642, B. subtilis ВКПМ В-10641, B. licheniformis ВКПМ В-10562 повышался на 44,6…58,5%. Обработка растений черной смородины, укореняющихся из одревесневших черенков, штаммами бактерий рода Bacillus стимулирует рост корней, формирование надземной части саженцев, повышает качество и сокращает сроки получения стандартного посадочного материала.
