The efficiency of the use of probiotic lactic acid bacillus in feeding of agricultural poultry | Эффективность использования пробиотических лактобактерий в кормлении сельскохозяйственной птицы

Русский. Научно­хозяйственный опыт проводили с целью обоснования оптимальной дозы пробиотика тетралактобактерина для цыплят­бройлеров и гусей при выращивании на мясо. Для эксперимента сформировали 4 группы бройлеров­аналогов по 40 гол. в каждой. Птица в контроле получала комбикорм без пробиотика, цыплятам 1-й, 2-й и 3-й опытных групп (ОГ) в комбикорм добавляли изучаемый препарат в дозе 0,8, 1 и 1,2 г/кг корма соответственно. По аналогичной схеме был проведен эксперимент на гусях. В состав пробиотика входят 4 культуры лактобактерий (Lactobacillus casei LBR 1/90, Lactobacillus paracasei LBR 5/90, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LBR 33/90, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LBR 44/90) в равном количестве. Сохранность цыплят в ОГ была в среднем выше, чем в контроле, на 12,5…21,9%, гусят – на 8,1…12,8%. К 70-у дн. эксперимента превосходство цыплят 2-й и 3-й ОГ по живой массе над контрольной составило 2,8 и 3,2% соответственно. У гусят, получавших пробиотик, разница между контрольной группой и ОГ достигла 5,1…10,6%. Содержание лейкоцитов в крови птицы всех ОГ было несколько ниже, чем в контроле. Статистически достоверные различия наблюдались во 2-й и 3-й ОГ (4,8 и 4,2% соответственно). У гусей контрольной группы их концентрация была равна 24,63х10E9/л, тогда как во 2-й ОГ – 23,38х10E9/л. Содержание гемоглобина во всех ОГ увеличивалось, при этом статистически достоверные различия выявлены во 2-й и 3-й ОГ – 4,8 и 4,4% соответственно. У гусей самое высокое содержание гемоглобина в крови (99,6 г/л) зафиксировано во 2-й ОГ, а наименьшее (90,1 г/л) - в контрольной. Наиболее рациональной дозой тетралактобактерина можно считать 1 г/кг корма.

Английский. Scientific and economic experiment was carried out to substantiate the optimal dose of probiotic Tetralactobacterin for broiler chickens and geese fattened for meat. For the experiment four groups of broilers analogs of 40 head in each group were formed. Birds in the control received mixed fodder without probiotic, to the chickens from the first, second and third test groups the studied preparation was added in the mixed fodder at a dose 0.8, 1 and 1.2 g/kg of feed, respectively. According to the similar plan the experiment on geese was carried out. The probiotic includes four cultures of lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus casei LBR 1/90, Lactobacillus paracasei LBR 5/90, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LBR 33/90, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LBR 44/90) in equal quantity. Preservation of chickens in the experimental groups was on average higher than in control by 12.5...21.9%, goslings – by 8.1...12.8%. By the 70-th day of the experiment the superiority of chickens from the second and third groups in live weight over the control was 2.8 and 3.2% respectively. In goslings, that obtained the probiotic, the difference between the control and experimental groups reached 5.1…10.6%. The content of white blood cells in the blood birds of all experimental groups was slightly lower than in the control. Statistically significant differences were observed in the second and third experimental groups (4.8 and 4.2% respectively). The concentration of white blood cells in the control group was 24.63 x 10E9/l, while in the second test group it was 23.38 x 10E9/l. The content of hemoglobin in all experimental groups increased, and statistically significant differences were revealed in the second and third experimental groups, 4.8 and 4.4% respectively. For geese the highest content of hemoglobin in blood (99.6 g/l) was noted in the second experimental group, and the lowest one (90.1 g/l) - in the control. The most rational dose of Tetralactobacterin can be considered 1 g/kg of feed.
