ОСУШКА ОТРАБОТАННЫХ МАСЕЛ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ДЕЭМУЛЬГАТОРА | DEHYDRATION OF WASTE OILS USING A DEMULSIFIER

Русский. Методы очистки отработанных масел от воды, широко используемые на предприятиях агропромышленного комплекса, основаны на высокотемпературных процессах. Однако они не обеспечивают удаления из масла эмульгированной воды. Длительное воздействие высоких температур приводит к дополнительному окислению масла и потери им своих свойств. Предложено для удаления растворенной воды использовать деэмульгатор, принцип работы которого основан на истечении недогретой жидкости через суживающееся сопло. В условиях больших перепадов входного и выходного давлений и критической скорости, равной местной скорости звука, осуществляется процесс расширения масла с высоким объемным паросодержанием и последующим выходом пара из масла. Это позволяет освободить отработанные масла от растворенной в них воды при температуре нагрева не выше 105 град. Представлена методика расчета конструктивно-геометрических параметров деэмульгатора, предусматривающая учет сил поверхностного натяжения масла, препятствующих выходу паров воды из осушаемого продукта. Исследования процесса осушки отработанного масла проводили на экспериментальной установке, включающей в себя: емкость для нагрева масла, масляный насос НШ-32У, деэмульгатор. Перед началом исследований и в процессе обезвоживания отбирали пробы для определения процентного содержания в масле воды. На основании проведенных исследований установлено, что использование деэмульгатора позволяет осушить масло при t 105 град., в отличие от наиболее распространенного метода осушки, при котором требуется нагрев масла до t 150 град. При t 105 град. масло не окисляется, что позволяет сохранить его эксплуатационные свойства, а время осушки снижается с 8 ч до 1 ч.

Английский. Methods for cleaning up waste oil from water, widely used at the enterprises of agroindustrial complex, are based on high-temperature processes. However they do not provide the removal of the emulsified water from oil. Prolonged exposure to high temperatures leads to additional oxidation of oil and loss of its properties. It is proposed to use demulsifier, the principle of which is based on the expiration of subcooled liquid through a narrow nozzle, for the removal of dissolved water. In large changes of input and output pressure and critical velocity equal to the local speed of sound, there is a process of expanding of oil with high volumetric vapor content and the subsequent release of vapor from the oil. This allows the release of waste oil from dissolved water in it at a temperature no higher than 105 deg. There is a method for calculating constructive-geometric parameters of demulsifier, considering the surface tension forces of the oil, which prevents the release of water vapor from the drying product. Research of process of drying the waste oil was performed on the experimental setup, which includes: a tank for heating oil, oil pump NSH-32U, demulsifier. Before the beginning of the research and in the process of dehydration samples were taken to determine the percentage of water in oil. On the basis of the conducted research it is stated that the use of demulsifier allows to drain the oil at the temperature of 105 deg, unlike the most common method of drying, which requires to heat the oil to 150 deg. At the temperature of 105 deg oil does not get oxidized, which allows to maintain its performance characteristics, and the drying time is reduced from 8 hours to 1 hour.
