Age-related changes in the mass of internal organs of repair young egg hens at industrial immunization | Возрастные изменения массы внутренних органов ремонтного молодняка яичных кур в условиях промышленной иммунопрофилактики

Английский. Estimated was the character of influencing the preventive immunization of growing chickens the results of rearing and the state of organs involved in immunological reactivity. The study was performed in the Krasnodar Krai from February to July; the study object is growing chicken flock of UK Kuban 7 cross. Typical healthy poultry at the age of 40, 50, 60, 84, 119, 133 days were selected in the number of 5 heads of each age, their body weight was determined and after autopsy and control slaughter the absolute and relative weight of internal organs were determined. The experimental data show in clinically healthy poultry 2 peaks of sharply increasing the norm of the liver weight at the age of 50 days and 84 days more than by 20%. The spleen weight already at the age of 40 days exceeds the norm by 20%, and at the age of 50 days demonstrates the most deviance. Further, the relative weight of spleen reduces, and at the age of 840 days comes in accordance with the regulations. The most considerable change of relative weight of liver and spleen was found in poultry at the age of 50 days. It was noted that by the specified age the mortality level in poultry post-vaccination period significantly reduced. This fact allows supposing that the chicken death after vaccination is mostly caused by non-lethal disorders in genome. The study of healthy poultry older than 90 days that died or was culled because of injuries almost identifies non-visually defining characteristics of inflammatory or dystrophic liver damages. This suggests that exactly by the specified age (egg chicken lines) morphogenesis of immunocompetent organs and formation of mechanisms of immunological reactivity generally ends.

Русский. Оценивали характер влияния профилактической иммунизации растущих цыплят на результаты выращивания и состояние органов, участвующих в иммунологической реактивности. Исследование проводили в Краснодарском крае с февраля по июль; объект исследования - растущий молодняк кур кросса УК Кубань 7. Отбирали по 5 типичных здоровых голов птицы в возрасте 40, 50, 60, 84, 119, 133 сут; определяли их живую массу, а также после вскрытия и контрольного убоя - абсолютную и относительную массу внутренних органов. Результаты экспериментальных данных показывают, что у клинически здоровой птицы наблюдается 2 пика резкого превышения нормы по массе печени - в возрасте 50 дн. и 84 дн. - более чем на 20%. Масса селезенки уже в возрасте птицы 40 дн. превышает норму на 20%, а в 50 дн. демонстрирует наибольшее отклонение от нормы. В дальнейшем относительная масса селезенки снижается, и в 84-дневном возрасте приходит в соответствие с нормой. Наиболее значительное изменение относительной массы печени и селезенки птицы установлено в возрасте 50 суток. Отмечено, что к указанному возрасту уровень падежа птицы в поствакцинальный период существенно снижается. Этот факт позволяет предположить, что гибель цыплят после вакцинации во многом обусловлена нелетальными нарушениями в геноме. Обследование здоровой птицы старше 90 дн., павшей или выбракованной из-за полученных травм, практически не выявляет визуально определяемых признаков воспалительных или дистрофических повреждений печени. Это позволяет предположить, что именно к указанному возрасту у яичных линий кур в целом заканчивается морфогенез иммунокомпетентных органов и становление механизмов иммунологической реактивности.
