Возрастные изменения минерального состава крови у пушных зверей | Age changes in the mineral composition of blood of fur animals

Русский. В Московской обл. изучали возрастные изменения минерального состава крови у песцов и лисиц. Из самцов данных зверей сформировали 5 групп по принципу условных аналогов (n=5 в каждой) в зависимости от возраста: 1 группа - звери 1-месячного возраста; 2 - 2-месячного; 3 - 3-месячного; 4 - 7-месячного; 5 - 12-месячного. У зверей утром натощак брали кровь и одновременно брали пробы кормов (n=5 в каждый срок исследования). В рационах и в цельной крови пушных зверей определяли содержание минеральных элементов (P, Ca, K, Na, Mg, Fe, Co, Mn, Cu, Cr, ZnSe, I, В, Si, Ni, V, Li, Sn, Sr, Al, Pb, Cd, Hg, As) с помощью атомной эмиссионной и масс-спектрометрии. В рационах песцов и лисиц в разные фазы постнатального онтогенеза в высоких концентрациях обнаружены макроэлементы: фосфор, кальций, калий, натрий, магний и микроэлементы: железо, марганец, цинк, кремний, алюминий, стронций. Концентрация других элементов не превышала 1 ммоль/кг. Каждой возрастной группе песцов и лисиц соответствует определенный минеральный состав их крови. Концентрации большинства минеральных элементов максимальны в переходную фазу и/или фазу естественного питания (до 3-мес. возраста). Затем концентрации минеральных элементов в крови снижаются (или становятся минимальными), что соответствует фазам полового созревания и зрелого тела (у 7-ми и 12-месячных зверей). К этому моменту у зверей полностью сформированы все органы и ткани. Метаболизм организма стабилизируется в фазы созревания и весенней линьки зимнего волосяного покрова. Между минеральными составами рациона и крови имеются корреляционные связи для песцов по 18, для лисиц по 13 минеральным элементам. Возрастная динамика содержания макро- и микроэлементов в крови животных обусловлена значительными изменениями в процессе их роста и развития, которые направлены на адаптацию организма к окружающим условиям и изменению характера питания в процессе постнатального онтогенеза.

Английский. In the Moscow region there were studied age changes in mineral composition of blood in polar foxes and foxes. Of the male animals 5 groups were formed according to conventional analogs (n= 5) depending on the age: group 1 – 1-month old animals; 2 – 2 month old; 3 – 3-month old; 4 – 7 month old, 5 – 12 month. Blood from animals was drawn on an empty stomach in the morning and fodder samples were simultaneously collected. In diets and in the whole blood of fur animals the content of mineral elements (P, Ca, K, Na, Mg, Fe, Co, Mn, Cu, Cr, Zn, Se, I, In, Si, Ni, V, Li, Sn, Sr, Al, Pb, Cd, Hg, As) was determined by using atomic emission and mass spectrometry methods. In the diets of polar foxes and foxes at different stages of postnatal ontogenesis macroelements: phosphorus, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium and microelements: iron, manganese, zinc, silicon, aluminum, strontium were detected in high concentrations. The concentration of other elements does not exceed 1 mmol/kg. Specific mineral composition of blood corresponds to each age group of polar foxes and foxes. Concentrations of most mineral elements are maximum in the transition phase and/or phase of natural nutrition (up to 3 months age). Then the concentration of mineral elements in the blood are reduced (or minimum), which corresponds to phases of puberty and mature body (7-and 12-month old animals). The animals have all the fully formed organs and tissues by this point. The metabolism of the body is stabilized in the maturation phase and the spring change of winter hair coat. There are correlations between the mineral compositions of the diet and blood fro polar foxes in 18, for foxes in 13 mineral elements. Age dynamics of the content of macro- and microelements in the blood of animals is probably caused by significant changes in the process of their growth and development which aimed to adaptation of organism to environment and changing of nature of nutrition in the process of postnatal ontogenesis.
