Influence of a smallpox infection on morpho - and an immuno-physiological state of carp Cyprinus carpio L. | Влияние оспенной инфекции на морфо- и иммуно-физиологическое состояние карпа Cyprinus carpio L.

Русский. Оспа карпов – вирусное заболевание, вызывающее повреждение эпидермиса и появление на теле рыб эпителиом. Проведено исследование морфо- и иммунофизиологических показателей у пораженных оспенной инфекцией 2-летних карпов Cyprinus carpio. Средняя масса обследованных рыб составила 150-160 г, размер – 21-22 см. По данным анализа коэффициента упитанности, соматических индексов иммунокомпетентных органов (печени, туловищной почки, селезенки), интенсивности перекисного гемолиза эритроцитов, содержания общих липидов (ОЛ) в тканях и их качественного состава, бактериостатической активности сыворотки крови (БАСК) показано, что оспенная инфекция вызывает модификацию исследуемых показателей. Больные особи отличались от здоровых величинами содержания отдельных липидных компонентов. У пораженных оспой карпов выявлены высокие показатели фосфолипидов и холестерина и низкие - неэстерифицированных жирных кислот, за исключением сыворотки крови, триацил-глицеринов, эфиров стеринов и углеводородов. Наибольшее изменение фракционного состава у больных рыб происходит в печени, а наименьшее – в почках. Негативное влияние оспенной инфекции на организм рыбы связано с супрессией функции гуморальных факторов иммунитета, атрофией иммунокомпетентных органов, интенсификацией процессов гемолиза эритроцитов, дисрегуляцией и дестабилизацией липидного обмена. Полученные данные могут служить основой при разработке профилактических и терапевтических мероприятий при индустриальных способах выращивания карпа.

Английский. Smallpox of carps is a virus disease causing damage of an epidermis and appearance of epitheliomas on a body of fishes. There has been conducted a research of morpho- and immuno-physiological indicators in 2-year old carps Cyprinus carpio struck with a variolous infection contamination. The average weight of the studied fish was 150-160; the size is 21-22 cm. At the analysis of the condition factor, somatic indexes of immunocompetent organs (liver, a truncalnephros, a lien), intensity of the peroxide hemolysis of erythrocytes, the content of the total lipids (TL) in tissues and their qualitative composition, blood serum bacteriostatic activity (BSBA) it is shown that the variolic infection causes paravariation of the studied indicators. The presented data show that sick individuals differed from healthy in the content of separate lipid components. In the carps struck with smallpox high indicators of phospholipids and cholesterol and low level of unesterified fatty acids, except for blood serum, triacylglycerols, sterol ethers and hydrocarbons are taped. The greatest change of the fractional structure sick fishes have in a liver, and the least one- in kidneys. Negative influence of a variolic infection on an organism of fish is associated with suppression of functions of humoral immune factors, an atrophy of immunocompetent organs, an intensification of processes of a hemolysis of erythrocytes, a dysregulation and destabilization of a lipid exchange. The obtained data can form the basis of working out of prophylactic and therapeutic measures at industrial growing of carp.
