In course of the research there were studied status, prospects, problems and current trends of labor of agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there were suggested the ways to improve use of labor, generalized global experience in human resources managing. The classification of the forms and pay systems, especially his choice of flexible payment systems, as well as incentives through the accumulation and movement of property, profit sharing were done, market forms of payment were proposed. The need to strengthen the relationship of growth of labor productivity and wages in commercial organizations was shown. The mechanisms of state regulation of the development and support of agriculture in the State program for sustainable rural development for 2011-2015 were set out.
