Особенности формирования и оценка продуктивности пастбищных травостоев интенсивного типа в условиях Гродненской области [Беларусь]

In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented data on studying the peculiarities of formation and evaluation of productivity of pasture herbage of intensive type. In course of the study there were developed the pasture grass mixtures of intensive type for their use on sod-podzolic soils of the republic. The grass mixtures were created on the basis of perennial grasses of the recognized varieties. Found that mixtures based on domestic breeding of perennial grasses can form at the level of productivity of imports, providing (averaged over four years) 6,70-8,23 t/ha of dry matter, 4,44-5,47 t/ha of forage units, ensuring feed unit of digestible protein at 135-142 grams. Creation of pasture grass stands on the basis of perennial grasses provided on the first year 12.8-22.0% of leguminous crops in their structure. By the seconf year their amount grew up to 23.6-39.6%. By the fourth year the rate of white clover (Trifolium repens) was at the level 35.7-66.3%.
