Influence of cut height and intensification means on lucerne crescent productivity | Влияние высоты скашивания и средств интенсификации на продуктивность люцерны серповидной

In course of the research there was studied the influence of cut height, as well as mineral nutrition, micro fertilizers and growth regulators on the ability to grow and lucerne crescent (Medicago sativa) productivity in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus on the experimental field of the Belarussian State Academy of Agriculture in 2011-2012. Multiple-factor experiment was realized on a following scheme: A factor - cut height (2-3 cm; 4-6 cm; 7-9 cm; 10-12 cm); B factor - agricultural background (without fertilizers; P60K90; P60K90 + microfertilizers; P60K90 + complex mineral fertilizers + growth regulator). As a result of realized multiple-factor experiment it was revealed that optimum cut height of lucerne crescent was 2-3 cm, providing the productivity of dry matter of 7.5 t/ha against the background of P60K90 with foliar application of the complex micro fertilizer of Basfoliar with the growth regulator Emistim C. The botanical compound of grass stands, structure of lucerne crescent crop yield (average for 2011-2012), crop yield of lucerne crescent in dependence on agricultural background and cut height were presented.
