In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were presented results of hybridization of different wild kinds of potato (Solanum tuberosum) between itself and dihaploids. We have showed effect of hybridization of samples with the same and different EBN. It is noted that the discrepancy of the balance level of endosperm is not always a barrier to hybridization of samples with different EBN. Research result showed that hybridization between wild species with the equal number of endosperm was more efficient with participation of 2EBN species (25,9% of efficient crossings) in comparison with 1 EBN species (7.8%). In crossings of forms with EBN, equal to two, varieties S. tarijense, S. berthaultii, S. polytrichon, S. hjertingii and S. sparsipilum are advised to use as the maternal forms; and species S. simplicifolium, S. alanda, S. ocadae, S. bolyviense, S. papita – as the pollen parents. For S. kurtzianum, S. stoloniferum, S. vernei, S. chacoense, S. gourlayi, S. microdontum, S. verrucosum, S. acaule and S. fenleri the direction of cross did not influence its results.
