The morphology of the lymphoid structures of the small intestine of 1-7-day-old calves and piglets has been studied in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus: degree of permeability of an intestinal barrier, role of the lingual and milk lipases in process of fats mastering at newborns and occurrence of intestinal microflora. At colostrums duly watering within 1-4 days a dominating microorganism in intestines becomes Lactobacillus bifidus, besides colostrums and milk contains some factors stimulating growth of this microorganism and warning undesirable growth of pathogenic microflora. After transition to final type of a feed genetically determined becoming of immune system of thin intestines mucous membrane under influence nervous, endocrine and immune signals optimum regulates digestion, absorption and a constancy of the internal environment at observance of sanitary-and-hygienic conditions of calves and pigs cultivation. The results confirm the idea, that newborn animals have original and sufficiently expressed immunological reactivity.
