Hematological parameters dynamics of Lena sturgeon at different maturity stages | Динамика гематологических показателей ленского осетра на разных стадиях зрелости

For successful reproduction and breeding of Lena sturgeon early determination of the specie sex, calculation of the number of male and female species, estimation of the optimal parameters of the fish-growing period is necessary. It allows development of the methods of selection of the mature adults, artificial reproduction and growing of the larvae. Hematological parameters of Lena sturgeon grown under the conditions of the Novolukoml fish farm warm-site in the Vitebsk region and the Selets research fish farm in the Brest region are studied at different stages of maturity. It is determined that the readiness of females for spawing is consistent with the hemoglobin and erythrocytes content. The females spawn at the fourth gonad maturity stage with the hemoglobin concentration of 100-148 g/l and high erythrocytes content – 0.88 million/microliter on average.
