Seroepidemiology Evaluation of Reovirus in broiler chickens in Kerman province.

The aim of the this survey was study the prevalence of reoviral infection of broiler chickens in kerman province. Blood samples were collected from birds of flocks of kerman province. Commercial Elisa test was done on serum samples and the prevalence of Reovirus infection was % (CI= .-%). The result shows high prevalence of antibody titer in broiler chicken and emphasis on the vaccination of the breeder flocks and shows the necessity of more studies on aspects of Reovirus infection in broiler chickens.
