Influence of fodder containing mannanoligosaccharides on the carriage of bacteria of the genus Salmonella and increase in live weight of poultry | Влияние кормового средства, содержащего маннанолигосахариды, на уровень бактерионосительства микроорганизмов рода Salmonella и прирост живой массы сельскохозяйственной птицы

Английский. The aim of the research was to study the influence of fodder containing mannanoligosaccharides (FCM) on the amount of Salmonella in poultry and increase in live weight of chickens. For the experiment 2 groups (n = 20) of one-day-old chickens of egg productivity direction of the cross Iza Shaver 579 were formed on the principle of pair-analogs. The FCM was included in the diet of the experimental group as 2% of the total fodder weight. For the experimental infection by salmonellosis all chickens were orally administered by daily culture Salmonella spp. Every week chickens were weighed and control slaughter was done (n = 5). To determine the total contamination of Salmonella the bacteriological culture from the internal organs: liver, pectoral muscles, the contents of the small and large intestine, was taken. Daily application of the fodder substance to chickens reduces the carriage of bacteria of the genus Salmonella. In chickens from the experimental group Salmonella spp. were found in 5% of liver samples, in the control - in 48.5%; in colon content - in 15% and 53.3%, respectively. Average daily gain of the chickens from the control group increased by 58.85 % compared to the control to the 30th day. The economic efficiency of application of the FCM for chickens at the daily dose of 2% of the fodder weight for 30 days was 8.9 rubles per 1 ruble of expenses.

Исследования проводили с целью изучения влияния кормового средства, содержащего маннанолигосахариды (КСМ), на уровень бактерионосительства микроорганизмов рода Salmonella у с.-х. птицы и прирост живой массы цыплят. Для постановки опытов по принципу пар-аналогов было сформировано 2 группы (n=20) суточных цыплят яичного направления продуктивности кросса Иза Шавер 579. В рацион особей опытной группы вводили КСМ из расчета 2% от общей массы корма. Для экспериментального заражения сальмонеллезом всем цыплятам ежедневно орально вводили суточные культуры Salmonella spp. Еженедельно осуществляли взвешивание цыплят и контрольный убой (n=5). Для определения общей обсемененности сальмонеллой проводили бактериологический посев с внутренних органов: печени, грудных мышц, содержимого тонкого и толстого отделов кишечника. Ежедневное применение кормового средства цыплятам снижало уровень бактерионосительства микроорганизмов рода Salmonella. Так, у особей опытной группы выделение Salmonella spp. из печени отмечено в 5% проб, в контроле - в 48,5%; в содержимом толстого кишечника - соответственно в 15 и 53,3% проб. Среднесуточный прирост живой массы цыплят опытной группы к 30-му дню возрос, по сравнению с контролем, на 58,85%. Экономическая эффективность применения КСМ цыплятам ежедневно в дозе 2% от массы корма в течение 30 сут составила 8,9 руб. на 1 руб. затрат.
