Impact of the pathogen barley smut under economically economically valuable characteristics of plants | Влияние возбудителя твердой головни ячменя на хозяйственно-полезные признаки растений

Английский. Spring barley varieties reaction distinct at resistance to head smut to inoculation with Ustilago hordei (Pers.) Kell. Et Sw. was under study. Experiment was carried out in 2009-2011 under Priobje forest steppe conditions (Novosibirsk region). Studied were 9 varieties: resistant - Agul 2, Bagan; weakly susceptible to pathogen - Biom, Noktyurn, Odesskiy 115; susceptible to pathogen - Omskiy 88, Omskiy 95, Petr, Chelyabinets 1, as well as population pathogen Ustilago hordei which was gathered in 2008. Experiment scheme included sowing healthy seeds (control) and seeds of these varieties which were inoculated of pathogen. Pathogen influence studied on such factors as field germination rate, plant height, stems number, grains spike number and yield. Found high correlation depending between healthy and infected material by germinating plants number (correlation coefficient 0.88). Of the resistant varieties which was inoculated of barley smut were reduced the field germination as compared with the control at 11.3%, as compared with weakly susceptible to the pathogen at 5.1 and susceptible to the pathogen at 7.9%. Plant height on the infected material in a group of the resistant varieties was less than at 4.6; weakly susceptible to the pathogen at 3.8 and susceptible to the pathogen at 4.1 cm as compared with the healthy plants. Was noted the negative impact of the pathogen on the formation of the total plant stems. On the resistant varieties lower productivity and general stems as compared with the control was 13%, for susceptible - 10 and 5%, respectively. The minimal decline showed in the middling resistant varieties- 2.2-2.3%. Yield losses at inoculated seeds sowing amounted to 1.4 tons per hectare for resistant varieties, 0.4 – for weakly susceptible, 0.5 – for susceptible. Found that the most resistant characterized in maximum reduction of economic and valuable characteristics in presence of the head smut pathogen.

Русский. Изучали реакцию сортов ярового ячменя, различающихся по устойчивости к твердой головне, на внедрение патогена Ustilago hordei (Pers.) Kell. Et Sw. Эксперимент выполнен в 2009-2011 гг. в условиях лесостепи Приобья (Новосибирская обл.). В качестве объектов использовали 9 сортов ячменя с различной степенью устойчивости к патогену: резистентные - Агул 2, Баган, Петр; слабо восприимчивые - Биом, Омский 88, Одесский 115; восприимчивые - Ноктюрн, Омский 95, Челябинец 1, а также популяцию патогена Ustilago hordei, собранную в 2008 г. В опыте высевали здоровые семена (контроль) и семена, инокулированные патогеном. Оценивали влияние возбудителя твердой головни на следующие показатели: полевая всхожесть, высота растений, количество стеблей, озерненность колоса, и урожай. Расчет корреляций показал высокую зависимость между здоровьем материала и количеством взошедших растений (коэффициент корреляции 0,88). Резистентные сорта, инокулированные твердой головней, снизили всхожесть по сравнению с контролем на 11,3%, слабо восприимчивые - на 5,1, восприимчивые - на 7,9%. Высота растений из зараженных семян в группе устойчивых сортов была меньше, чем у здоровых, на 4,6; слабо восприимчивых - на 3,8 и восприимчивых - на 4,1 см, в сравнении со здоровыми растениями. Отмечено негативное влияние патогена на формирование стеблестоя. На устойчивых сортах число продуктивных стеблей и общее их количество было меньше, чем в контроле, на 13%, на восприимчивых - на 10 и 5% соответственно. Наименьшее снижение выявлено на среднеустойчивых сортах - 2,2-2,3%. Недобор урожая при посеве инокулированными семенами составил 1,4 т/га для устойчивых сортов, 0,4 т/га для слабовосприимчивых и 0,5 т/га для восприимчивых. Сделан вывод, что наибольшее ухудшение хозяйственно полезных свойств в присутствии патогена отмечено у устойчивых сортов.
