Английский. The purpose of researches is to improve the documenting methodology of operations with breeding and fattening animals (BFA) in agricultural organizations. There is carried out an assessment of accounting current state and documenting transactions with BFA in a number of the Samara region farms. More focused attention was paid to the setting up of primary accounting the operations with BFA. As a result, it was found that at the studied organizations when drafting documents and designing regulatory and administrative documentation that controls accounting, the same type of errors are made. To improve the documentation to record the movement of BFA modified forms of primary documents were proposed for registration of economic life facts. The study has found that in the majority of farm enterprises of the region the production cost of BFA, which is reflected in the accounting records and financial statements, exceeds the selling cost. This fact leads to the necessity of creating and reflecting in the accounting a reserve for declining the things of value. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of financial information, which is reflected in the accounting (financial) statements it is recommended to create a reserve to reduce the cost of BFA. As in the normative acts there are no similar recommendations for creating a similar reserve there were developed the method of forming the reserve for reducing the cost of BFA and a form for documentary confirmation and substantiation of the fact of creating the reserve.

Русский. Цель исследований – усовершенствовать технику документального оформления операций с животными на выращивании и откорме (ЖВО) и методику их оценки в с-х организациях. Проведена оценка современного состояния организации бухгалтерского учета и документального оформления операций с ЖВО в ряде с-х организаций Самарской области. Более пристальное внимание было уделено постановке первичного учета операций с ЖВО. В результате было выявлено, что в исследованных с-х организациях при оформлении документации и разработке нормативно-распорядительной документации, регулирующей ведение бухгалтерского учета, допускаются однотипные ошибки. Для совершенствования документации по учету движения ЖВО были предложены модифицированные формы первичных документов для регистрации фактов хозяйственной жизни. В ходе исследования было установлено, что в большинстве с-х предприятий области фактическая стоимость ЖВО, по которой они отражаются в бухгалтерском учете и отчетности, превышает стоимость реализации. Данный факт приводит к необходимости создания и отражения в бухгалтерском учете резерва по снижению стоимости материальных ценностей. Поэтому в целях повышения качества финансовой информации, отражаемой в бухгалтерской (финансовой) отчетности, рекомендовано создание резерва по снижению стоимости ЖВО. Так как в нормативных актах нет подробных рекомендаций по созданию подобного резерва, были разработаны методика формирования резерва под снижение стоимости ЖВО и форма бухгалтерской справки для документального подтверждения и обоснования факта создания резерва.
