Some aspects of specialized agricultural vehicles creation | Некоторые аспекты создания специализированного транспорта сельскохозяйственного назначения

Русский. Текущее состояние транспортно-технологического обеспечения сельскохозяйственного производства требует безотлагательной модернизации. В настоящее время парк автомобилей в сельском хозяйстве насчитывает около 380 тыс. ед., что в 2,5 раз меньше нормативной потребности. Серийно выпускаемые автомобили общего назначения не удовлетворяют требованиям сельхозпроизводства (по давлению на грунт, диапазону скоростей, техническому уровню). Прогнозируется объем перевозок сельскохозяйственных промышленных и строительных грузов до 7,2 млрд т (50 т на 1 га). Решение задачи развития осуществляется реализацией комплекса мер по технической и технологической модернизации сельского хозяйства. Проведен анализ объема перевозок и грузооборота, выполняемого отдельными категориями перевозчиков, а также анализ структуры подвижного состава автомобильного транспорта по грузоподъемности. Из анализа следует, что количество автомобилей грузоподъемностью 1…5 т, подлежащих замене, составляет 105,6 тыс. ед. или 38% парка сельскохозяйственных автомобилей со сроком службы более 10 лет. Эта списочная численность автомобилей, предназначенных для замены, будет основой обеспечения спроса на новые автомобили сельхозназначения. Инновационной подход в процессе развития транспортной инфраструктуры АПК означает: активное освоение ресурсосберегающих технологий и доведение объемов их выполнения до 75…80% от общего объема работ; сокращение удельных показателей расхода топлива в 1,5…2 раза, расхода семян, пестицидов – в 1,5…2 раза; повышение выработки машин в 2…3 раза; сокращение удельных затрат труда при производстве сельхозпродукции, в среднем, в 2…4 раза; повышение коэффициента уровня технической эксплуатации с 0,65…0,7 до 0,9%.

Английский. To support agricultural production urgent modernization of its current transport and technological provision is of necessity. Nowadays agricultural machinery includes about 380 thousand units which is 2.5 times lower than the required number. Mass-manufactured general purpose vehicles do not meet the needs of agricultural production (the pressure on the ground, speed range, the technical level). Meanwhile the volume of transported agricultural, industrial and construction materials is forecast to rise up to 7.2 billion tons (50 tons per 1 hectare). The problem is being solved by implementing a number of measures to support technical and technological modernization of agricultural machinery. The volume of transportation and freight turnover fulfilled by different categories of carriers has been analyzed together with the analysis of the rolling stock structure from the point of view of transport lifting capacity. As a result of the analysis it was testified that the number of vehicles with carrying capacity of 1...5 t and which were to be replaced was 105.6 thousand units or 38% of all agricultural vehicles with a lifetime of more than 10 years. The payroll number of vehicles intended for the replacement would provide the basis of the demand for new agricultural automobiles. An innovative approach to the development of transport infrastructure of agricultural complex means: active development of resource-saving technologies and the increase of the volume of their performance up to 75...80% of the total volume of work; 1.5...2 times reduction of specific fuel consumption, 1.5...2 times lower consumption of seeds and pesticides; 2...3 times increased performance of machines; 2…4 times reduction of labor unit costs in agricultural production on average; the rise of the level of technical operation coefficient from 0.65% to 0.7%...0.9%.
