Уборка смешанных посевов зерновых культур методом очёса | Harvesting of mixed grain crops with stripper header

Русский. Преимущества возделывания смешанных посевов колосовых зерновых и зернобобовых культур в сравнении с чистыми посевами известны. Наиболее сложным элементом технологии возделывания смешанных посевов является уборка. Проанализировали качественные показатели уборки смешанных посевов комбайнами с классическими (барабанными) молотильно-сепарирующими устройствами (МСУ). Показали, что в зависимости от зазора на выходе молотильного устройства и скорости вращения барабана молотилки возможен недомолот, макро- и микроповреждения зерен колосовых и бобовых. Предложили способ уборки смешанных посевов методом очеса. Описали технологический процесс работы очесывающей жатки и технические характеристики выпускающихся в России очесывающих жаток. На примере различных культур определили возможные варианты использования технологии очёса. Для очёса подходят преимущественно культуры с компактными соцветиями, расположенными в верхней части стебля. Технологию уборки смешанных посевов методом очёса рассмотрели на примере уборки смешанного посева тритикале и белого люпина. В результате исследования установили несоответствие параметров рабочих органов очесывающей жатки размерам стеблей и бобов белого люпина, что ведет к потере и повреждению зерна. Предложили увеличить раствор между зубьями очёсывающих гребёнок барабана для уборки смешанных посевов зерновых культур. Очесывающими жатками можно убирать зерно влажностью не менее 12-15%. Более высокие значения влажности допустимы, они ограничиваются лишь биологической зрелостью зерна, поэтому уборку можно начинать на 3-5 дн. раньше, чем при использовании традиционных жаток.

Английский. The advantages of cultivation of intercropping cereal grains and legumes, in comparison with single crop patterns are known. The most difficult element of the intercropping cultivation technology is harvesting. The quality indicators of mixed crops harvesting using combines equipped with conventional (roller) threshing-separating units (TSU) were analysed. It was proved that incomplete grain threshing, macro- and microdamage of cereal and leguminous grains are possible, depending on a gap at the output of the threshing unit and the speed of roller rotation of the thresher. A method of harvesting the mixed crops with a stripper header was proposed. The process of stripper header operation and the technical specifications of stripper headers produced in Russia were described. Possible application of the stripper header technology for different crops was determined. Crops that are suitable for stripper header technology are mainly with the compact inflorescences located in the top part of a stalk. The technology of mixed crop harvesting using the stripper header was shown with the example of harvesting the mixed crops of triticale and lupine (Lupinus albus). The study found non-conformity of stripper header working parameters with the size of lupine stalks and beans which leads to loss and damage of grain. It was suggested to increase the gap between the stripper roller tines for mixed crop harvesting. With stripper headers it is possible to harvest grain with moisture content being not less than 12-15%. Higher moisture values are acceptable, they are limited only by a biological maturity of grain, therefore harvesting can be started 3-5 days earlier, than when using traditional harvesters.
