Анализ надежности работы комбикормовых цехов | A reliability analysis of compound feed production facilities

Русский. В 2014 г в мире было произведено 980 млн.т комбикормов, из них в России - 24,5 млн.т. Проведен анализ существующих технологий тепловой обработки комбикормов, обеспечивающих получение продукции, свободной от сальмонеллы, патогенных грибков и плесени. Предлагается несколько механизированных технологий и комплексов оборудования для тепловой обработки комбикормов, обеспечивающих устранения опасности заражения сальмонеллой. Существующий технологический процесс тепловой обработки предусматривает нормализацию комбикормов паром до достижения t 100 град. С, пропускание через экспандер до достижения t 150 град. С и гранулирование с нагревом до t 180 град. С. Данный технологический процесс достаточно энергоемкий. Предлагается выполнять тепловую обработку перегретым паром со следующими параметрами: температура 300-374 град. С, давление 12-21 МПа, продолжительность обработки 30-60с. Предлагается поточная линии барометрической обработки комбикормов и аналитические зависимости для оценки ее технико-экономических показателей. Показано, что предлагаемые технологии и технические средства позволяют в 2-3 раза сократить количество узлов и агрегатов, за счет этого повысить надежность комбикормового цеха, обеспечить более глубокое преобразование декстринов в полисахариды.

Английский. In 2014 in the world 980 mln t of compound feeds, of them 24.5 mln t are produced in Russia. An analysis of the existing technologies of thermal treatment of compound feeds proving products free of salmonella, pathogenic fungi and mould. Several mechanized technologies and equipment sys-tems for heat treatment are suggested, which ensure the elimination of the threat of salmonella con-tamination. The current technological process of heat treatment comprises the standardisation of the compound feed using steam to achieve 100 deg.C, passing the feed through an expander to achieve 150 deg.C and pelletizing by heating to 180 deg.C. The current technological process is enough energy intensive. It is suggested to carry out the heat treatment with overheated steam within the following parameters: t 300-374 deg.C, pressure of 12-21 MPa and treatment time of 30 – 60 s. A flow line of barometric treatment of compound feeds and analytic dependencies to esti-mate its technical and economic data are provided. It is demonstrated that the suggested technolo-gies and technological equipment cut the number of units and devices as required 2 – 3 times, thus increasing the reliability of the manufactory as well as ensuring the better conversion of dextrins into polysaccharides.
