Расчет среднего числа отказов элементов сельскохозяйственной техники с учетом возрастного состава парка машин | The calculation of the average number for the malfunction of elements of agricultural machinery taking into account the age of car park

Предлагается методика прогнозирования распределения числа отказов (ЧО) тракторов и с.-х. машин с учетом того, что наработки до отказа (НО) исходного и сменного элементов являются в общем случае различными произвольно распределенными случайными величинами. При этом учитывается возрастной состав машин в парке, поскольку остаточное время работы неотказавших элементов с каждым рабочим периодом уменьшается. Исходными данными для расчета являются функции распределения НО начального и запасного элементов, наработки элементов к моменту расчета; возрастной состав машин. Для упрощения принято, что при последующих заменах распределение наработки до отказа запасных элементов не изменяется; период работы является детерминированной величиной. Для элементов, не отказавших за предыдущий период эксплуатации, рассчитывается остаточное время работы, и вычисляется распределение возможного ЧО за рассматриваемый период. Далее рассчитываются плотность и функция распределения суммарного ЧО элементов всех лет эксплуатации. Расчет по предложенной методике проводился для деталей трактора ДТ–75, по эксплуатации которого имеется обширная информация. Например, для парка из 13215 тракторов возраста от 2 до 8 лет фактический расход головки цилиндров на исследуемый год составил 4850 шт., рассчитанное среднее ЧО – 4799 шт. Спрогнозированное на последующий год среднее ЧО составило 4604 шт., фактический расход – 4700 шт. Таким образом, относительная погрешность расчета не превысила 2%, тогда как использование известного метода расчета количества запасных частей, как произведения средней нормы на число машин в парке, дало относительную погрешность 11%. Представленная методика, учитывающая случайный характер НО как исходных, так и сменных элементов, возрастной состав парка машин, позволяет более точно рассчитывать необходимое число запасных частей.

Methods of forecasting for distribution of number of failures of tractors and farm machines provided that preliminary studies till original and removable elements failure are generally speaking different unrestrictedly distributed chance variables are offered. In such a case age composition of machines at the fleet is considered because residual elapsed time of unfailed components decreases with each work period. Functions of preliminary studies distribution till original and removable elements failure, preliminary studies of elements for the moment of calculation, age composition of machines are the original data of calculation. It is accepted as simplification that preliminary studies distribution till spare elements failure doesn't change in case of future changes; working period is determined value. Residual working time and distribution of potential number of failures for the estimated period are calculated for the elements which didn't fail in the past exploitation period. After that member and function of total numbers of failures distribution for the whole exploitation age are calculated. Calculation according to the suggested methods was held for the elements of the tractor DT-75 thus there is vast information about its exploitation. For example, for the fleet of 13215 tractors in the age from two till eight years actual flow of cylinder head for the year of exploration formed 4850 pieces, calculated total number of failures – 4799 pieces. Total number of failures forecasted for the next year formed 4604 pieces, actual flow – 4700 pieces. So fractional error of calculation didn't exceeded 2%, when usage of the method of spare elements' quality calculation known as multiplication of average rate and number of machines at the fleet was in ratio error equal 11%. Presented methods which consider irregular pattern of preliminary studies till failure of both original and removable elements, age composition of machines at the fleet let calculate necessary number of spare elements more precisely.
