Английский. High-temperature treatment (200-500 deg С) have been using effectively in many sectors of the national economy longer than 100 years. It is advisable to use these achievements in agriculture, in combined feed production technology. The high-temperature processing can be used for feed disinfection and nutritional value increase. On the thermal engineering and thermodynamics theoretical and practical achievements' basis let's try to justify the calculation's methods of specific energy consumption and optimal reactors' parameters of combined feed treatment. The attention is paid to the diagram P,T second zone of the superheated steam's analysis, where at 300-374 deg С temperature, 12-21 MPa pressure, 30-60 sec exposure it is possible to obtain good results of combined feed heat treatment , forage grain, soybean and rapeseed. The most adaptable and proven mathematical dependences of heat calculation in sustainable regimes and phase transitions are presented. The particularities of convective heat transfer in two-phased flows are shown. According to the thermal processes analysis the line of expanded forage grains' producing is proposed. Expanded corn grain is effectively used in pig breeding for different age and sex groups. The simple technology is proposed. A reception hopper filled with grain is gone an exhausted steam from the reactor at 120-150 deg С temperature and within 15-20 minutes the grain is processed with steam, then heated and moisturized grain is reloaded into the reactor, where at a temperature in region of the critical point is processed for 30-60 s, and is unloaded into the unload chamber. The moisture containing within the grain and one heated in the reactor till 300-370 deg С at atmospheric pressure it evaporates immediately and due to the differential pressure is exploded. The grain is loosened and increased in volume in 3-5 times. If the developed technology will be implemented, lines of normalizing, extruding and granulating, which now are used in combined feed shops, could be replaced by a single product's line intended for high temperature processing of the forage grains or combined feed.

Русский. Высокотемпературная обработка (200-500 град. С) уже свыше 100 лет эффективно применяется во многих отраслях народного хозяйства. Целесообразно использовать эти наработки в технологии производства комбикормов, и применить высокотемпературную обработку для обеззараживания кормов и повышения их питательной ценности. На базе теоретических и практических достижений теплотехники и термодинамики обоснованы методы расчета удельных затрат энергии и оптимальных параметров реакторов для обработки комбикормов. Уделено внимание анализу второй зоны диаграммы Р,Т перегретого пара, где при температуре 300-374 град. С, давлении 12-21МПа, экспозиции 30-60 с возможно получить высокие результаты тепловой обработки комбикормов, фуражного зерна, сои и рапса. Представлены апробированные и наиболее доступные математические зависимости для расчета теплоты в устойчивых режимах и фазовых переходах. Показаны особенности конвективного теплообмена в двухфазовых потоках. По результатам анализа тепловых процессов предложена линия производства вспученного фуражного зерна, которое эффективно применяется в свиноводстве. Предложена простая технология. В приемный бункер, заполненный зерном, подается из реактора отработанный пар при температуре 120-150 град. С, в течение 15-20 мин. зерно обрабатывается паром, затем увлажненное и подогретое зерно перегружается в реактор, где при температуре в области критической точки обрабатывается в течение 30-60 с и выгружается в камеру разгрузки. Влага, содержащаяся в зерне и нагретая в реакторе до 300-370 град. С при атмосферном давлении, мгновенно испаряется и за счет перепада давления взрывается. Зерно разрыхляется и увеличивается в объеме в 3-5 раз. При внедрении технологии линии нормализации, экструдирования и гранулирования, которые сейчас используются в комбикормовых цехах, заменяются одной поточной линией высокотемпературной обработки фуражного зерна или комбикормов.
