Систематизированы основные понятия в системе экономической оценки инвестиционных проектов в сельском хозяйстве (классификация инвестиционных проектов, критерии оценки, принципы, этапы, нормативно-правовая база, блоки используемой информации). Дана краткая характеристика статических и динамических показателей эффективности проектов. Проанализирована взаимосвязь основных показателей инвестирования и производственно-экономических показателей в аграрном секторе экономики. Показана необходимость тщательного анализа планируемых к реализации инвестиционных проектов. Представлен алгоритм определения эффективности предлагаемых инвестиционных проектов с различным периодом реализации.

In a course of the research there was studied the algorithm of economic evaluation of investment projects in the agricultural organizations of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was systematized the basic concepts of the system of economic evaluation of investment projects in agriculture (classification of investment projects, evaluation criteria, principles and steps of the regulatory framework, units of information used). A brief description of static and dynamic indicators of the effectiveness of projects was done. It was analyzed the relationship of the main indicators of investment and production and economic performance of the agricultural sector. The necessity of a thorough analysis planned for implementation of investment projects was shown. An algorithm for determining the effectiveness of the proposed investment projects with different implementation period was presented.
