Improving of information and consultation supporting of technical services in agribusiness

Проведен системный анализ и дана оценка современному состоянию развития информационно-консультационного обеспечения технического сервиса в АПК и разработаны предложения по его дальнейшему совершенствованию, включающие формирование рынка информационно-консультационных услуг, стимулирование производителей сельскохозяйственной продукции за освоение инновационных разработок и их внедрение непосредственно в производство, страхование ответственности информационно-консультационного сервиса (ИКС) за качество предоставляемых ею услуг и другие направления.

Английский. In a course of the research there was studied the current state of development of information and advisory supporting of technical services in agribusiness. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. Systematic analysis and an assessment of the current state of development of information and advisory supporting of technical services in agribusiness and proposals for further improvement, including the formation of market information and consulting services, promotion of agricultural producers for the development of innovations and their introduction directly into production, liability insurance of information and advisory supporting for the quality of its services and other areas were done. As a result of realized research there was revealed that its full state funding should be provided for more rapid and effective implementation of scientific and technological progress in the formation of the technical information and advisory services in the agricultural sector, and services to rural producers should be provided for free, which was confirmed by the experience of creation of similar services in the developed countries.
