Features of formation of state support directions of agricultural producers in the member countries of the unified economic space

Русский. В статье проанализированы объемы и направления поддержки сельскохозяйственных производителей в Беларуси, России и Казахстане, которую оказывает государство. Исследования выполнены с использованием данных государственной статистической отчетности стран-членов ЕЭП, отчетов ЕЭК, материалов государственных программ развития АПК Беларуси, Казахстана и России, результатов научных исследований в данной области. Для обеспечения эффективно функционирующих агропромышленных комплексов, каждая из рассматриваемых стран формирует собственную систему поддержки, перечень инструментов которой, вписываясь в рамки требований, регламентируемых нормативно-правовыми актами ЕЭК, все же учитывает специфику национальных организационно-правовых условий функционирования АПК. Выделены особенности, применяемых в этой области инструментов, сделаны выводы о перспективах использования государственной поддержки.

Английский. The article analyzes the volumes and directions of state support of agricultural producers in Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan. Researchers are executed with use of data from the state statistical reporting of countries-members of UEC, reports of UEC, materials of State programs of agrarian and industrial complex development of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia, the results of scientific researches in the given area. For providing of effectively functioning of agro-industrial complexes, each of the considered countries forms its own support system, which list of tools, being entered in frameworks of the requirements regulated by UEC standard legal acts, yet considers specificity of national organizational and legal conditions for functioning of agrarian and industrial complex. The author noted particular mechanisms that are used in this area, has drawn conclusions about the prospects for the use of state support.
