Agrotechnical cultivation of alfalfa and corn under Poozerie conditions

Английский. In course of the research there were studied agro technical questions of alfalfa and corn cultivation. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research there was revealed the basic agronomic and land improvement techniques, allowing to provide the productivity of alfalfa (Medicago sativa) and corn (Zea mays) silage at least -7 t of f.u./ha, especially when using a raised bed planting technology of the cultivated crops. A method for calculating the required area of cultivation of alfalfa to balance the green mass of corn in digestible protein was given. To eliminate the deficit of protein in the ration of animals, the Republic of Belarus has to spend huge amounts of money for the purchase of various meals abroad. Improve the situation here, of course, can be achieved by expanding the area of cultivation of perennial legumes, especially alfalfa. Especially because it provides not only high-protein feed, but also increases soil fertility.

Изложены основные агротехнические и агромелиоративные приёмы, позволяющие обеспечить продуктивность люцерны и кукурузы на силос не менее 6-7 т к ед./га, особенно при использовании гребневой технологии посева этой пропашной культуры. Приведен также способ расчёта необходимой площади возделывания люцерны для сбалансирования зелёной массы кукурузы по перевариваемому протеину.
