Для оценки влияния антропогенной нагрузки на плодородие почвы предложены биохимические и микробиологические показатели, позволяющие определять активность и соотношение процессов минерализации и гумификации органических веществ (%), состояние и деятельность микробных сообществ почвы. Выбор биологических показателей был обусловлен их ролью в циклах углерода и азота почвы.

In course of the research there was studied the necessary minimum of tests for evaluation of activity of strategic biochemical and microbiological processes, connected with the cycles of the main biogenic elements (carbonium and nitrogen). The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. For the characterization of biomass abundance and metabolic activity of soil microbial communities two integral parameters were proposed. Simultaneous determination оf carbon content in microbial biomass and dehydrogenase activity gave the most objective information about soil microbiological status. Indicators for biochemical assessment оf mineralization and soil humification activities and ratio in soil were proposed. Activity of mineralization in soil carbon cycle should be assessed by degradation of cellulose, which represents the biggest hydrolytic process, as well as its associated hydrolysis of oligosaccharides, in particular on soil invertase activity. To evaluate the activity of mineralization processes in the nitrogen cycle of the soil should be used amidohydrolaze activity, acting on a per-stage completes the universal process of ammonification, particularly on soil urease activity.
