In a course of the research there was studied the effect of seed treatment of barley (Hordeum vulgare) and spring wheat (Triticum) on the reduction of frost harmfulness created in artificial conditions. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus in a phytotron-greenhouse complex of the Scientific and Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for Arable Farming, Zhodino (Belarus) in 2010-2011. As a result of realized research the following conclusion was made: the seed treatment of spring barley and wheat with the purpose of the reduction of frost negative impact on the crops was necessary. Dressing the seeds of spring barley by drugs Inshur Perform (0.5 l/m), Inshur Perform (0.4 l/m), Inshur Perform (0.4 l/m) + Kintos Duo (2.0 l/m) decreased losses from freezing, preserving more of the remaining after freezing of living plants, and increased productivity. Dressing the seeds of spring wheat by preparations Inshur Perform (0.5 l/m), Inshur Perform (0.4 l m) + Kintos Duo (2.0 l/t) decreased the degree of frost damage to plants. Seed treatment by preparations Inshur Perform (0.5 l/m), Inshur Perform (0.4 l/m), Inshur Perform (0.4 l/m) + Kintos Duo (2.0 l/m), Kintos duo ( 2.0 l/t) provided reliable after frost additive yields.
