Analysis of the efficiency of plant production on agricultural enterprises

В статье проведены ретроспективный анализ эффективности отрасли растениеводства и сравнение эмпирических распределений затрат факторов производства, выполнены аналитические исследования эффективности функционирования сельскохозяйственных предприятий на основе непараметрического метода оболочки данных.

Английский. The article presents the retrospective analysis of the efficiency of the plant breeding branch of the Republic of Belarus and suggests a comparison of the empirical distribution of cost production. The analytical research on the efficiency of functioning of agricultural enterprises is conducted on the basis of nonparametric methods (DEA). The place of the Republic of Belarus in the producing of leading positions of agricultural production (wheat, rye, barley, maize, sugar beet, rape and flax) is analyzed. Structure of expenses on the producing of the main agricultural cultivars is suggested. Design ratio of the expenses for the producing of the essential agricultural products is offered. The main principles of evaluation of the technical and allocative efficiency are suggested. Dynamics of the volumes of total gross plant production according to enterprises (2004-2012) is presented. The most important economic characteristics such as labour force, land resources, permanent and working assets of producing enterprises and different types of expenses are analyzed. Economic and mathematical models DEA are offered. Distribution of enterprises according the technical effectiveness, oriented on expenses minimizing and profit maximizing is evaluated. Measurements aimed on realization of technical efficiency growth are suggested.
