In course of the research there were studied the patterns and trends of labor relations in agro holding. The research was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. New labour relations, which are formed in agro holdings, are an important component of socio-economic agribusiness modernization. Identified patterns and trends in agricultural holding formation can solve practical problems in their development in agriculture, agricultural organizations and transition processing of agricultural enterprises to new economic relations. As a result of realized research there was revealed that the main positive trend of labor relations in the agricultural holding is the socialization of employees of subsidiaries and the formation of a single employer and a single workforce holding, which is in the process of production. Managing company acts as a single employer in the holding company, it controls the production process in the subsidiaries and in the process of selling the goods in the markets. The essential point in the agricultural holding is the motivation of employees and management of subsidiary companies. In conclude civil law contracts for the provision of management services may establish such employee motivation levers that makes it possible to change the socio-economic character of their work by making the employees in the investment.
