Management of the investment resources of enterprises of agrarian and industrial complex from the position of cost approach

In a course of the research there were studied the theoretic-methodological aspects of management of investment, resources of the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises taking into account growth of productivity of investment activity of die enterprises from a position of cost approach. On this basis elective management of investments is offered to be estimated mainly on the value added received by the agrarian and industrial complexes enterprises as a result of implementation of investment programs and projects. The main merits and demerits of methods of an assessment of efficiency of investment activity, and also criteria of their assessment were given. Offers on an assessment of efficiency of an investment taking into account the predicted value added size were developed.

Рассмотрены теоретико-методологические аспекты управления инвестиционными ресурсами предприятий AПК с учетом роста результативности инвестиционной деятельности предприятий с позиции стоимостного подхода. На этой основе эффективность управления инвестициями предлагается оценивать главным образом по добавленной стоимости, получаемой предприятиями АПК в результате реализации инвестиционных программ и проектов. Приведены основные достоинства и недостатки методов оценки эффективности инвестиционной деятельности, а также критерии их оценки. Разработаны предложения по оценке эффективности вложения инвестиций с учетом прогнозируемой величины добавленной стоимости.
