Physiological-biochemical estimation of stress resistibility of grapes to abiotic factors

Русский. Культура винограда отличается широкой биологической пластичностью, вследствие чего он может расти и плодоносить в самых различных природно-климатических условиях. Проанализированы проблемы реализации устойчивости и адаптивности интродуцируемых сортов винограда к стресс-образующим абиотическим факторам. Установлено, что нарушение гомеостаза и Red/Ox-статуса клетки связано с накоплением малонового диальдегида (МДА) и активацией ферментов антиоксидантной защиты (пероксидазы и СОД) в листьях растений. Дана оценка процесса накопления продуктов перекисного окисления липидов и выявлено активное участие Red/Oх-ферментов в детоксикации продуктов ПОЛ. Установлено, что активность Red/Ox-ферментов обусловлена сортоспецифичностью винограда. У стресс-устойчивых сортов выявлено значительное повышение активности ферментов антиоксидантной системы, способствующих нормализации клеточного гомеостаза. Наибольшую стрессоустойчивость при абиотическом стрессе различной природы и интенсивности показали сорта винограда северо-американской селекции (АН), которые реагировали на неблагоприятные стрессфакторы абиотической природы увеличением активности Red/Ox-ферментов.

Английский. Grapes are characterized by a broad biological plasticity, so that this crop can grow and bear fruit in a variety of climatic conditions. The problems of realization of stability and adaptability of introduced varieties of grapes to stress-forming abiotic factors were analyzed. It was established that disturbance of homeostasis and Red/Ox-status of the cell is associated with accumulation of malonic dialdehyde (MDA) and activation of antioxidant defense enzymes (peroxidase and SOD) in plant leaves. It was estimated the process of accumulation of lipid peroxidation products and established the active participation of Red/Ox-enzymes in detoxification of LPO products. It was established that the activity of Red/Ox-enzymes is caused by the variety-specificity of grapes. Stress-resistant varieties showed a significant increase in the activity of antioxidant system enzymes that promote the normalization of cellular homeostasis. The highest stress tolerance for abiotic stress of different nature and intensity was shown by grape varieties of North American breeding (AN), which reacted to unfavorable stress factors of abiotic nature by increasing the activity of Red/Ox enzymes.
