Comparative estimation of methods of calculation for nutritional value of silage and impact on structure of diets for cows

Проведена сопоставительная оценка рационов, составленных на основании содержания в кормах обменной энергии, из которой видно, что при использовании точных методов определения энергоёмкости кормов доля концентратов может быть снижена с 52,4 до 37,4 % по обменной энергии в фазу молочно-восковой спелости зерна. В фазу восковой спелости эти значения составляют 52,49 и 30,88 % соответственно. Такие соотношения получены при составлении рационов для высокопродуктивных коров с удоем 30-34 кг молока в сутки. Энергия вычислялась разными методами, используемыми в производстве, и структура рационов из-за этого существенно различалась. Основным параметром, влияющим на результат, выбран показатель КОЭ. Определено количественно изменение доли дорогостоящих концентрированных кормов при расчёте разными методами. Разница в структуре рационов может составлять до 20 % по энергетическому показателю, что, безусловно, влияет на расход кормов и продуктивность

Comparative estimation of diets formulated on the basis of content of metabolizable energy in feeds, from which it is visible, that at use of accurate methods for definition the consumption energy of feeds the proportion of concentrates can be reduced from 52,4 to 37,4 % on exchange energy in the phase of milk-wax ripeness of grain. In the phase of wax ripeness these values make 52,49 and 30,88 % accordingly. Such ratios are obtained at the preparation of diets for high productive cows with a milk yield of 30-34 kg per day. The energy is calculated by different methods used at production, and the structure of diets varied significantly due to this fact. The main parameter having effect on the result was chosen to be Metabolizable Energy Coefficient. Quantitative change of volume of expensive concentrated feeds in calculation by different methods was determined. The difference in the structure of diets can be up to 20% by energy indicator, which, of course, has effect on feed consumption and performance.
