Analysis of innovation-investment activity of food industry in the Republic of Belarus

Проводится анализ статистических данных основных показателей развития пищевой промышленности Республики Беларусь, а также развития инновационно-инвестиционной деятельности в исследуемой сфере. Рассматривается инвестиционная привлекательность предприятий пищевой отрасли, в том числе и для иностранных инвесторов, раскрывается содержание основных групп инноваций, а также основных источников финансирования инновационной деятельности по видам собственности и уровню управления. Проведённый анализ позволил выявить тенденции развития отрасли, приоритетные задачи и направления, которые способствуют повышению эффективности производства и улучшению инновационно-инвестиционного климата. Вследствие проведённых исследований выявлена социальная значимость пищевой промышленности, положительная динамика эффективности её развития, значительное расширение производства и экспорта продукции мясо-молочной отрасли, выпуска растительных масел, пива и безалкогольных напитков. Также следует подчеркнуть, что инновационная деятельность предприятий пищевой промышленности находится в стадии развития. Это связано с тем, что основные затраты на инновации осуществляются в основном за счет кредитов и займов, а также собственных средств. При этом доля иностранных инвесторов невелика, что требует развивать вовлечение более широкого круга субъектов хозяйствования с большим спектром инноваций за счет различных источников, активизировать механизмы государственной поддержки. Отметим также, что необходимо расширять долю выпуска инновационной продукции, а также стремиться к исследованию и охвату новых рынков сбыта, причём не только в России, но и в других странах ближнего, а в особенности, дальнего зарубежья. Это возможно лишь при создании конкурентоспособной промышленной продукции экспортной ориентации и высокой рентабельности, которая, к тому же помогла бы снизить зависимость страны от нефтяного фактора.

In a course of the research there were studied statistics data of the basic indicators of development of food industry of the Republic of Belarus, as well as the development of innovative and investment activity in the examined area. There were examined the investment attractiveness of the food industry enterprises, especially for foreign investors, and shown the contents of the main groups of innovations, as well as the main sources of financing of innovative activity by the type of property and the level of management. The analysis revealed the industry development trends, priorities and directions that increase efficiency of production and improve innovation and investment climate. As a result of realized research there were revealed the social importance of the food industry, the positive dynamics of its development efficiency, the significant expansion of production and export of meat and dairy products, the production of vegetable oils, beer and soft drinks. It should also be emphasized that the innovative activity of food industry enterprises is in the development stage. This is due to the fact that the main costs of innovation are mainly due to loans, as well as own funds. At the same time, the share of foreign investors is small, which requires developing the involvement of a wider range of business entities with a wide range of innovations at the expense of various sources, and to activate mechanisms of state support. It should also be noted that it is necessary to expand the share of output of innovative products, as well as strive to explore and cover of new markets, not only in Russia, but also in other countries of the near and especially far abroad.
