Genetic Monitoring of Black-and-White Cattle | Генетический мониторинг крупного рогатого скота черно-пестрой породы

Английский. The EAB-locus allele pool of Black-and-White cattle has been analyzed on the pedigree farms in the Central zone of the Russian Federation (n=5554). Its current dynamics compared to the dynamics in 1998 has been studied; a decrease in number of alleles by 68 has been found. The narrowing of the allele pool can be associated with both the continued absorption crossing of cows with the Holstein bulls and the import of bull-sires and dams from the European countries, where the gene pool of the Holstein breed has been used for genetic improvement earlier than in Russia. An increase in homozygosity by 1% and a closer similarity with the Holstein breed as rm=0.862 were indicated in wholelivestock, when comparing to the values of2000. The alleles of the source Black-and-White breed along with the traits of the improved milk performance, the exterior and the udder morpho-functional characteristics that are typical for cows on the cattle breeding farms were managed to maintain in the local cattle population on the farm. Such alleles can be represented as follows: B1G2KO4Y2Е'3O', B1G2KO4Y2, D'E'3F'2, B1G2KO4E'1G'J'1K'O'G'', B2O1Y2O', B2O1Y2P'2Q', B1T1E'3F'2, B2P2T1A'1D'G'I'O', B2T2A'1D'', P1E'4, P1I', Q, Y1A'1Y', B'E'3F'2G', D'O'.The recommendations on the use of the high producing cows of the adapted breeds representing the gene pool are suggested to select the replacement bulls on the certain pedigree livestock farms. The further Black-and White cattle breeding is connected with the development of the own genetic and genealogic structure. It is related with the careful selection of the domestic Black-and-White livestock population because of spreading the hereditary diseases and maintaining the heterozygosity at the individual and group levels.

Русский. Исследован аллелофонд крупного скота черно-пестрой породы племенных хозяйств Центральной зоны Российской Федерации по ЕАВ-локусу (n=5554). Изучена его динамика в сравнении с 1998 годом и выявлено сокращение числа аллелей на 68. Сужение аллелофонда связано с продолжающимся поглотительным скрещиванием коров с быками голштинской породы, а также импортом быков-производителей и маток из стран Европы, где использование генофонда голштинской породы в качестве улучшающей происходило раньше, чем в России. По всему исследованному поголовью в сравнении с состоянием на 2000 год отмечено увеличение гомозиготности на 1%, а также сходства с голштинской породой до rm=0,862. Наряду с повышением молочной продуктивности, улучшением экстерьера и морфофункциональных свойств вымени коров в племенных заводах удалось сохранить аллели исходной черно-пестрой породы хозяйства. Такими аллелями могут быть B1G2KO4Y2Е'3O', B1G2KO4Y2, D'E'3F'2, B1G2KO4E'1G'J'1K'O'G'', B2O1Y2O', B2O1Y2P'2Q', B1T1E'3F'2, B2P2T1A'1D'G'I'O', B2T2A'1D'', P1E'4, P1I', Q, Y1A'1Y', B'E'3F'2G', D'O'. Средний удой коров этой группы превышал 9200 кг молока за стандартную лактацию. Предлагаются варианты использования высокопродуктивных коров местного адаптированного генофонда при селекции и выведения ремонтных быков в отдельно взятых племенных хозяйствах. Дальнейшее разведение черно-пестрой породы связано с построением собственной генетической и генеалогической структуры. Это связано с обеспечением безопасности разведения отечественной популяции черно-пестрой породы из-за распространения наследственных болезней, а также необходимости поддержания уровня индивидуальной и групповой гетерозиготности.
