Justification of operating modes and parameters of the devicefor sieving grain mixes samples | Обоснование режимов работы и параметров прибора для рассева проб зерносмесей

Английский. Application of the device for sieving of grain mixtures along the length of the components of the particles is proved to solve scientific and practical problems. The analysis of the working process and substantiation of constructive–regime parameters were performed using the classical theory of Trier, the results of studies of release dynamics of impurity particles from the grain mixture, the methods of theoretical mechanics and mathematical calculations. Dimensions of porous cylinder (length - 0.3 m, diameter - 0.3 m), parameters of the output tray (tilt angle 30 degrees) and the blocking ring (inner diameter of 0.18 m) are substantiated. Segment parameters of grain mixture (0.024-0.048 m), contacting layer by the mass and numerical characteristics of the components, the number of layers 7.9-15.8 pieces are set. The decreasing trend of emission rates of impurity particles with increasing discharge cycles is confirmed. The dynamics of the current residual contamination by sieving time for given initial properties of the sample of grain mixture is found. Deviating regulations of operation of the device (turn on time - 45-60 s) were obtained. Significant reserves of intensity reduction of samples screening according to base of comparison and improvement of the process quality with the achievement of minimal residual contamination (within a given measurement error) with increasing discharge cycles being at least 0.013% are confirmed. It is found that the number of discharge cycles of impurity particles increases with their concentration in the sample and increasing mass of the sample. It is shown that in the allocation cycle number of meshes in contact with the segment number is many times larger than that of impurity particles of the lower layer. It was found that the measurement error does not exceed 0.5% for the shown regulation of operation of the device, which provides multiple reduction of the intensity of screening compared to the existing resources.

Русский. Обоснованы области применения прибора для рассева зерносмесей по длине частиц компонентов для решения научных и практических задач. Анализ рабочего процесса и обоснование конструктивно – режимных параметров проводили с использованием классической теории триеров, результатов исследований динамики выделения примесных частиц из зерносмеси, методов теоретической механики и математических расчетов. Обоснованы: габаритные размеры ячеистого цилиндра – длина 0,3 м, диаметр 0,3 м; параметры выводного лотка (угол наклона 30 градусов) и блокирующего кольца (внутренний диаметр 0,18 м). Установлены параметры сегмента зерносмеси (0,024…0,048 м), контактирующего слоя по массовым и численным характеристикам компонентов, числу слоев 7,9…15,8 шт. Подтверждена убывающая тенденция интенсивности выделения примесных частиц с ростом циклов выделения. Выявлена динамика текущей остаточной засоренности по времени рассева для заданных исходных свойств пробы зерносмеси. Получены ориентировочные регламенты работы прибора (время включения 45… 60 с). Подтверждены существенные резервы сокращения трудоемкости рассева проб относительно базы сравнения и повышения качества процесса с достижением минимальной остаточной засоренности (в пределах заданной погрешности измерений) с ростом циклов выделения – менее 0,013%. Установлено, что число циклов выделения примесных частиц возрастает с ростом их концентрации в пробе и увеличением массы пробы. Показано, что в цикле выделения число контактирующих ячей с сегментом многократно превосходит число примесных частиц нижнего слоя. Установлено, что погрешность измерений не превышает 0,5% для выявленного регламента работы прибора, который обеспечивает многократное снижение трудоемкости рассева в сравнении с существующими средствами.
