Change of quality of meat of sheep with sarcosporidiosis | Изменение качества мяса у овец при саркоцистозе

Английский. 4 groups of Stavropol sheep (aged 8-10 months), 5 heads in each group were formed to carry out an experiment. The experiment lasted 90 days. The sheep of group 1 had no disease, group 2 had sarcosporidiosis, but did not receive treatment, group 3 2 had sarcosporidiosis and were treated with a 10% sodium sulfapyridazine solution at a dose of 75 mg/kg of body weight daily for 5-7 days. Group 4 had sarcosporidiosis and received phytobiostimulant at a dose of 0.2 ml/kg of body weight in addition to sodium sulfapyridazine. It has been found that sarcosporidiosis in sheep was accompanied with a decrease in average daily gains in live weight, and qualities of meat. The therapy used for group 3 sheep freed them from sarcocysts, but for 90 days the functions of organ and systems of sheep that had sarcosporidiosis did not recover to normal, therefore, their average daily gains were lower, that the meat quality worse than in intact animals. Complex treatment used in group 4 allowed more rapidly normalizing the animal state This considerably increased the intensity of their growth and productivity, improved the biochemical composition and quality of meat, although did not recover it to the level charactering animals that had not sarcosporidiosis

Русский. Для проведения опыта было сформировано 4 гр. овец ставропольской породы (возраст 8-10 мес.) по 5 гол. в каждой. Длительность опыта – 90 дн. Овцы 1-й гр. не страдали заболеванием, 2-й – страдали саркоцистозом (СЦ), но не получали лечения, 3-й – страдали СЦ и обрабатывались 10%-ным раствором сульфапиридазина натрия в дозе 75 мг/кг массы тела ежедневно в течение 5-7 дн. 4-й – страдали СЦ и в дополнение к сульфапиридазину натрия получали фитобиостимулятор в дозе 0,2 мл/кг массы тела. Установлено, что СЦ у овец сопровождался снижением среднесуточных привесов в живой массе в 2-3 раза (43,5-86,44 г против 134,9 в контроле). В мясе больных СЦ овец содержание белка было на 2,8±0,3%, жира - на 3,5±1,3%, миоглобина - на 90 ЕД опт. плотности, аминокислот - на 5,14%(незаменимых – на 3,23%, заменимых - на 1,9%) ниже, чем в мясе здоровых животных. Применявшаяся к овцам 3-й гр. терапия освободила их от саркоцист, но за 90 дн. функции органов и систем у переболевших СЦ овец до нормы не восстановились, поэтому их среднесуточные приросты были ниже, а качество мяса - хуже чем у интактных животных. Комплексная обработка, примененная в 4-й гр., позволила быстрее нормализовать состояние животных. Это значительно повысило интенсивность их роста, и продуктивность, улучшило биохимический состав и качество мяса, хотя и не восстановило его до уровня, характерного для не болевших животных.
