Genetic variability of domesticated populations of Russian sturgeon (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, Brandt) | Генетическая изменчивость одомашненных стад русского осетра (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, Brandt)

Английский. Genetic variability of the offspring from breeders from domesticated and natural populations of the Russian sturgeon (Аcipenser gueldenstaedtii, Brandt) was studied. Three samples of juveniles were studied: Bertulskiy sturgeon fish farm, the Astrakhan region (FF1) – the offspring of wild (WILD) and domesticated (DOM) breeders; the fish farm Elektrogorsk HPP, the Moscow region (FF2) – the offspring of DOM breeders. Using the method of electrophoresis 3 polymorphic proteins systems were investigated: malate dehydrogenase (MDG), lactate dehydrogenase (LDН), esterase (Est). The analysis of the relative content of homo- and heterozygous genotypes for each enzyme system showed the existence of certain differences between the offspring from WILD and DOM. The number of phenotypes of locus MDG-B1, 2, containing heterozygote 100/100-100/160 and 100/160-160/160 significantly decreases in the offspring of DOM at FF2. With it a reliable growth of full homozygotes 100/100-100/100 from juveniles grown in the FF2 correlates. However, by the allele frequency of the locus MDGB1, 2 significant differences were not revealed, although in both loci some decrease in the level of heterozygosity in juveniles obtained from DOM grown up both at FF1 and FF2 was observed. According to the study of occurrence of phenotypes and allele frequencies of loci LDH-3, 4 the number of heterozygotes in the offspring of WILD was significantly higher. At the locus Est the greatest differences were found in alleles a, b, d between juveniles grown in FF1, and juveniles grown at FF2, while between offspring of WILD and DOM grown on FF1, there was a slight difference. The tendency of increase in homozygous genotypes in Est samples of juveniles obtained from DOM was noted. The found heterogeneity indicates genetic distinction of posterity of producers of different origin, and the existence of diverse selection in the studied enzymes in the conditions of aquaculture.

Исследовалась генетическая изменчивость потомства от производителей из доместицированных и природных стад русского осетра (Аcipenser gueldenstaedtii, Brandt), Изучены 3 выборки: Бертюльский осетровый рыбоводный завод, Астраханская обл. (РЗ1) – потомство диких (ДИК) и доместицированных (ДОМ) производителей; рыбоводный завод Электрогорской ГРЭС, Московская обл. (РЗ2) – потомство ДОМ. Методом электрофореза исследованы 3 полиморфные белковые системы: малатдегидрогеназа (MDG), лактатдегидрогеназа (LDН), эстераза (Est). Анализ относительного содержания гомо- и гетерозиготных генотипов в каждой ферментной системе выявил различия между потомством ДОМ и ДИК. Численность фенотипов локусов MDG-В1, 2, содержащих гетерозиготы 100/100–100/160 и 100/160-160/160, достоверно снижается у потомства ДОМ на РЗ2. С этим коррелирует достоверный рост полных гомозигот100/100–100/100 у молоди на РЗ2. Однако по частотам встречаемости аллелей локусов MDG-В1, 2 достоверных различий не выявлено, хотя по обоим локусам наблюдается снижение уровня гетерозиготности у молоди от ДОМ и на РЗ1, и на РЗ2. Согласно исследованию встречаемости фенотипов и частот аллелей локусов LDH-3, 4, количество гетерозиготу потомства ДИК достоверно выше. По локусу Est наибольшие различия выявлены по показателям встречаемости аллелей а, b, d у сеголетков и на РЗ1, и на РЗ2, однако различия между потомством ДИК и ДОМ на РЗ1 незначительны. Отмечена тенденция к увеличению гомозиготных генотипов Est у сеголетков ДОМ. Выявленная гетерогенность свидетельствует о генетической разнокачественности потомства производителей разного происхождения и существовании разнонаправленного отбора по исследованным ферментам в условиях аквакультуры.
