Determine the rate of staphylococcus aureus bacterial infection in pork in Thai Nguyen city

We have to investigation and determation of the prevalence of Staphylococcus on pork sold at 3 for markets: Su Pham, Nong Lam, Luong Son in the province of Thai Nguyen city and realize that this is serving 03 trade fair needs of people and the amount of students, students from universities, colleges and technical schools in the city of Thai Nguyen. The market started operating from 6 to 20h to the number of stalls selling meat quarantine 100%. Volume average meat consumption from 117.5 to 226.8 kg/day. The meat samples that we tested S. aureus infection rate from 88.88 to 93.75%. Samples taken in the morning uith infection rate of 84.00%, lower than the afternoon samples taken (100%). The strains of S. aureus isolates; were shown the biological characteristics, chemical characteristics and virulent as to cause 100% mortality after 72h mice since the strong virulent and susceptible to SMX/TMP, Cephalexin (rate from 62.50% to 87.50%) but Oxacill and Colistin resistance from 50.00 to 62.50%.
