The possibilities of the use of integration interaction benefits for large and small enterprises of engineering complex of Ukraine are researched. Integration preconditions of these businesses are analyzed. The integration interaction scheme of engineering industry entities in the area of innovative activity realization is made, dominant influence options of business entity subjects including their participation in integration associations are presented.
