Characteristic species of the mustard family (Cruciferae Juss.) in dune habitats are A. gmelinii, C. baltica and C. maritima. The species found in other habitats in the rest of the territory are C. arenosa, A. thaliana, Isatis tinctoria, Capsella bursa-pastoris, Erophila verna, Rorippa palustris and Sinapis arvensis. Cruciferae species of dune habitats are characterised by sparse vegetation area and open soil.
