it is proposed to use the new "index of reproduction of labor force", which allows to make the analysis of dynamic of these processes. The formula for the index of labor force and its components are offered. Based on the data of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan the index calculation method is developed, which can be applied to other agricultural industries. Criteria of the significance of the quantitative and qualitative components of the reproduction managers and specialists of agricultural organizations are substantiated. By means of the proposed methodology the indices and tendencies of reproduction of workers are calculated.
