Improving the productive qualities of cattle of black-motley breed from breeding farm of the Moscow region | Совершенствование продуктивных качеств крупного рогатого скота чёрно-пёстрой породы племенного хозяйства Московской области

Английский. The homogeneous and heterogeneous variants of selection are considered as ways to improve the productivity of Holshteinized Black-and-White cattle. The experimental animals were kept in the Moscow region in the conditions of a large agroholding. There were traced the following milk production figures for homogeneous and heterogeneous groups: total milk yield per lactation, the mass fraction of fat and mass fraction of protein in milk expressed as percentage during 305 days of lactation. A comparison was also made between the indicators of the litter in control groups under conditions of homogeneous and heterogeneous selection during 7 lactations. The total litter of live calves was taken into account, as well as the number of stillborn, aborted fetuses and twins during 7 lactations. Indicators of milk productivity were higher in the heterogeneous group than in the group of homogeneous selections. The indices of mass fraction of fat and the mass fraction of protein in milk on average per each of 7 lactations under conditions of heterogeneous selection were higher than in the homogeneous selection group (3.93-4.16% against 3.40-4.04% and 3.14-3.24% against 2.66-3.17%, respectively). By the 6-th lactation the difference in total milk yield between the control groups reached 914 kg. What is more, the homogeneous group exceeds the heterogeneous one in the litter indices due to a smaller number of stillborn calves and a larger number of twins, despite the lower number of total lactating livestock. The results of the study confirm the advantages of heterogeneous selection over homogeneous one. The obtained indices in crossbred heifers can be used as physiological standards in breeding work aimed at further improvement of new breeds of cattle.

Русский. Гомогенный и гетерогенный варианты подбора рассматриваются как способы повышения производительности крупного рогатого скота черно-пестрой голштинизированной породы. Подопытные животные содержались в Московской области в условиях крупного агрохолдинга. Отслеживали следующие показатели молочной продуктивности для гомогенной и гетерогенной групп: общий удой за лактацию, массовую долю жира и массовую долю белка в молоке в процентном соотношении за 305 дней лактации. Также было произведено сравнение показателей приплода контрольных групп в условиях гомогенного и гетерогенного подборов за 7 лактаций. Учитывали общий приплод живых телят, а также количество мертворожденных, абортированных плодов и двоен за 7 лактаций. Показатели молочной продуктивности у гетерогенной группы оказались выше, чем в группе гомогенного подбора. Массовая доля жира и массовая доля белка в молоке в среднем за каждую из 7 лактаций в условиях гетерогенного подбора также были выше, чем в группе гомогенного подбора (3,93-4,16% против 3,40-4,04% и 3,14-3,24% против 2,66-3,17% соответсвенно). К 6-й лактации разница в общем удое между контрольными группами достигла 914 кг. При этом гомогенная группа превосходит гетерогенную по показателям приплода благодаря меньшему количеству мертворожденных телят и большему общему числу двоен, несмотря на меньшее число общего лактирующего поголовья. Результаты исследования подтверждают преимущество гетерогенного подбора перед гомогенным. Полученные показатели у помесных телок как физиологические нормативы могут быть использованы в селекционной работе при дальнейшем совершенствовании новых пород крупного рогатого скота.
