The use of financial instruments in the grain market | Использование финансовых инструментов на зерновом рынке

The condition of the grain market is a peculiar indicator of quality of the economic reforms undertaken in the country and implementation of the programs aimed at the development of agro-industrial complex of the country. A research of mechanisms of grain trade and insurance of branch risks in Russia was done. Problems of the market of grain are divided into four components: land question; problem of sale of grain and insurance of risks; export problem; problem of quality of grain. Comparison of derivatives of the Russian stock market and the leading global trading platforms is carried out using data mainly for 2013-2015. For the comparative analysis of the organization of trade the leading global exchanges trading futures and options for wheat were chosen. The factors impacting the cost of the Russian futures for grain (FG) are defined. The conclusion is drawn that the specification of the Russian FG practically copies foreign analogues. The analysis of the Russian quotations of futures showed speculative character of the most part of FG transactions, weak interrelation between the national market of FG and analogue foreign ones, lack of interrelation between the stock market and the market of FG, existence of a seasonal component in a dynamic number of quotations of FG. Monopolization of the market of deliverable FG by large grain companies is found. It is proved that there are all necessary conditions for development of FG in Russia. The activization of FG market will allow to considerably reduce price risk of participants of the grain market.

Состояние зернового рынка является своеобразным индикатором качества проводимых в стране экономических реформ и реализации программ, направленных на развитие агропромышленного комплекса страны. Исследован механизмов торговли зерном и страхования отраслевых рисков в России. Проблемы рынка зерна разделены на четыре составляющие: земельный вопрос; проблема сбыта зерна и страхования рисков; проблема экспорта; проблема качества зерна. Проведено сравнение деривативов российского фондового рынка и ведущих мировых торговых площадок, преимущественно по данным за 2013-2015 гг. Для сравнительного анализа организации торговли были выбраны ведущие мировые биржи, организующие торговлю фьючерсами и опционами на пшеницу. Определены факторы, оказывающие влияние на стоимость российских зерновых фьючерсов (ЗФ). Сделан вывод, что спецификация российских ЗФ практически копирует зарубежные аналоги. Анализ российских котировок фьючерсов показал спекулятивный характер большей части сделок с ЗФ, слабую взаимосвязь между национальным рынком ЗФ и аналогичными зарубежными рынками, отсутствие взаимосвязи между фондовым рынком и рынком ЗФ, наличие сезонной составляющей в динамическом ряду котировок ЗФ. Выявлена монополизация рынка поставочных ЗФ крупными зерновыми компаниями. Доказано, что для развития ЗФ в России имеются все необходимые условия. Активизация рынка ЗФ позволит значительно снизить ценовой риск участников зернового рынка.
